Spelling mistake in README.md

It is spelt "Extensions" and not "Extensios" so :- "Inside Visual Studio Code, enter in the Extensios panel, search for Unity Code Snippets and click on Install button" has to be changed to :- "Inside Visual Studio Code, enter in the Extensions panel, search for Unity Code Snippets and click on Install button."
