KGP-6 requires the content update of Token Economy page

The Token Economy page describes the current token economy of Cypress. If KGP-6 is approved by GC and the related feature is implemented, the content should be updated.

The target date of the new token economy would be the middle of April, and the exact date will be announced with Klaytn v1.10.2 release.
