Unclear what to enter in the config URL

Hi, I am trying to run home-react on my local machine and I am always getting the error message "Configuration load failed". For me it is unclear what to enter as all uri that I tried fail

website running on: http://localhost:3001

File paths I tried:

• http://localhost:3001/hmr-config-demo.json
• http://localhost:3001/hmr-config-demo.json?lean=1
• /hmr-config-demo.json
• localhost:3001/hmr-config-demo.json

Could you advice how to get the configuration loaded.
