Issue with "Use fixed offset to UTC time" and "calculate day saving" since V1.24beta

Hi There seems to be an issue with storing daytime settings in WAdapter. In clock settings, lower right column the 4 dst settings show faulty default values and cannot be set (wrong values appear if updating the page). See WAdapter #3

There is a good workaround for me: I found that automatic clock setting now with V1.24 and my network works well (It didn't when I started with V1.18 ~1 year ago).
