Open L-Sypniewski opened this issue 4 years ago • 7 comments

Describe the bug Keyboard shortcuts does not work with one exception - shortcut for exporting notes as a PDF. Besides that when I want to open the menu for changing the shortcuts nothing happens.

To Reproduce Open any note and press keyboard combination

Expected behavior Action assigned to a shortcut is performed

Technical Info (please complete the following information)

  • OS: Ubuntu 19.04
  • Tusk Version: 0.23.0

Additional context I've tried Snap, AppImage and .deb versions - the problem exists on all.

The (current) answer to the "shortcut keys not working" issue is to use the original Evernote interface, as documented in #88, specifically here.

I've done this and confirmed I can now use shortcuts (ctrl+shirt+l = add link)

Ok, during the day I was trying to understand why shortcuts occasionally work or stop to work. Finally found that very stupid :) When I change the language of the keyboard to Russian by using shift + alt, shortcuts stop to work. Using English, everything is ok. Btw, in the old version, everything works well. Ubuntu 18.04
