Refresh when status change

Hi, sorry if i dont find it...

But is there a setting to set "true" or something, that is refreshing the page, when a user saves the consent settings? So it MUST refresh after a consent change or after clicking deny/accept on the banner?

I have now the problem, when a user updates the consent, its not refreshing and Tag Manager doesnt see or do anything

You could fire a refresh with jquery when someone clicks on save.
