Host is the ip address of the shelly you want to connect to, not that of your HA instance.

You then repeat the same steps as you added the first shelly.

I don't think it's necessary to adjust the documentation for that

Default is every 4 minutes, but you can adjust it in the options flow to at least 1 minute.

Sounds like the photodiode is set too sensitive 😉
