Crystal oscillator specifications

Can someone provide a model number or specifications for the crystal oscillator Y1?

Given that the two load caps are 18pF and without knowing the stray capacitance of the PCB I would hazard a guess that the load capacitance of the crystal is around 5pF. Is this correct and what of the frequency?
