How do I remove the blank pages?

There are blanks pages through the pdf document, some examples include:

  • Between declaration and acknowledgements
  • Between list of figures and list of tables
  • Between chapters
  • Between references and appendix
  • And many more...

How do I remove all the blank pages? Thanks.

See the README for the one-sided option. Default is for double sided printing.
