Including Appendices

Hello, how can I include appendices at the end of the thesis and where do I need to place them in relation to the main.tex file? Thanks.

The template has a couple of appendices as examples, copy/use them. I.e. create a directory and add a LaTeX file for your appendix and add the directory/file reference in the appendices section in the main thesis.tex file (line 181),
