Links for bibliography/reference style are dead

In thesis.tex, there are URLs for bibliography and reference styles:

% Reference styles: http://sites.stat.psu.edu/~surajit/present/bib.htm

Both of these links are dead.

This page seems like it'll be more consistent although it only has a few: https://www.overleaf.com/learn/latex/Bibtex_bibliography_styles

Hi @clbarnes Thanks for the link, I think the overleaf page is for Bibtex, while the old ones are still natbib. I should update the template to use bibtex by default, now that it is more widely used.
