Lualatex build recipe fails

@kks32 The latest commit 85a8d9 had fixed a similar build issue with XeLateX.

The build recipe for lualatex is also presently broken. Neither the latexmk one-liner nor the makefile works. The error log is about 7 screens long :)

Is anyone working on fixing this? I cannot compile with LuaTex at all, which is a problem
