References in order of appearance and not alphabetic

First of all, thank you for this wonderful template, a great job.

My problem is that I can't manage to get the references in order of appearance. The default setting make them in alphabetic order.

The current setup is a bit confusing, please see https://github.com/kks32/phd-thesis-template/issues/108

You need numbered citations, right? Use numbered,biblatex in the global options.
