Merge isomorphic-dompurify additions with dompurify?

it may be a good step forward to join forces and merge the isomorphic-dompurify changes with the parent project dompurify

Open to advice/ideas on how to better implement it.

The dompurify project received a couple of changes one, two which make me think that we can postpone merging the projects.
