anchor-cli is a dev dependency. Are you trying to build anchor-client-gen from this repo or just using it as a dependency in you project? If the former, then update to the master branch. Fixed with https://github.com/kklas/anchor-client-gen/commit/29c347af18560fecd16ab642ec2a592ef79c34b3
