Doesn't run in 1809 LTSB

Script just opens and closes when ran in admin mode. If not ran in admin mode, it opens but says Error: Must be ran in Admin Mode (or something like that)

Nm found part of the issue to be if it's ran in admin mode from a folder backed up by OneDrive it bombs out.
