Error, when launching the install script from the folder on non-system drive

I have successfully installed everything, but it was flawless only on the other system. This time it gave me an error that it can't find C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\xxxxxx path. I checked PowerShell PATH variable -- everything looked fine. I made some experiments, and then I have realized, that on the other system, I ran it from the C:\ drive, because there were no other disks attached to it atm. I use SSDs for system drives, so I download everything directly on to secondary HDD, to do not to trash the SSD. So it gave me an error, when I tried to run it from the default download location, residing on HDD. Later I have copied to a folder on C:\ drive, and it ran flawlessly. Please modify the install script, for it to be more flexible.
