Indent-only doesn't play well with other approaches

The indent-only capability can be specified separately for maps, lists, vectors, or sets, but at present the transition from non-indent-only (that is, classic, :respect-nl? or :respect-bl? formatting) into indent-only formatting doesn't work well. Nor does the reverse -- transitioning from indent-only to non-indent-only formatting.

Indent-only works fine as a :style, that is {:style :indent-only}, but as a way to format, say, just vectors, with everything else being formatted in some other way -- that is what doesn't work.

So, for now, if you want indent-only, use (:style :indent-only}, and don't try to mix it with other formatting approaches.
