Cut appstore screenshots

One of the last things needed to be done is to get screenshots for the app stores.

I think they could live in assets > screenshots but open to ideas

Is this something you want to do or should I give it a go?

Is there a dummy dataset we can load in easily for these for consistency and whatnot?

you can definitely take it on if you want, and I generally make a huge jpg with logo centered and then use an online tool that cuts all the sizes for you
