Add no-tolerance files + step file with cut path

Moved 0.1mm tolerance files to separate folder. Created a new folder with no tolerance files. Added step file in no tolerance folder including also the cut path (is missing in current step file)

@trashcandrummer Thank you for pull request. Great work, but I have no plans to merge at this time. I do not want to add more files that I have to maintain. Also, I would like to include in this repository only those that I have tested myself. I may change my mind in the future, but for now that is the way I see it. My suggestion would be to publish the files you create as an independent repositry as your project

Thanks for the feedback! I'll keep the changes in my fork. You can ofc keep the PR open so people can see it or close it - whatever you prefer.
