Feature Request: Option to Fully Exclude Websites

I really appreciate your extension - it's an excellent tool for anti-fingerprinting! However, I’ve noticed that extension still working on all sites, even when some of them are added to the whitelist.

It seems that the whitelist in CanvasBlocker still allows the extension to intercept and listen for scripts in the background (please see the attached image).

I wanted to check if it would be possible to add a feature that allows users to specify a list of websites where the extension does not modify the site in any way. This would be particularly useful for cases where users want to exclude certain sites from protection (eg. YouTube video buffering is considerably slower when extension is enabled with default setting) while still benefiting from the extension’s functionality elsewhere.
