Trouble creating pdfs

Hi,

This is probably due to my somewhat limited knowledge of how this works, but I can't seem to create a pdf based on any of the templates you provided here. I'm also trying to use the 'make' file you created in your pandoc-templates repository but I keep on getting the same error: ! LaTeX Error: File `org-preamble-pdflatex.sty' not found.

I understand I may need to move those .sty files somewhere but nowhere I've tried helps.

Also if I just wanted to use a .docx file as a template for a pdf, is there any way to do that? I have a file that I've customized to exactly the right point in word and would like to be able to just mimic that in pdf format.

I figured it out. What specifically is the problem you're running into?

you must work on the same folder as this file, i.e "org-preamble-sty".

Thanks,I had to copy the preamble file into the same folder.
