feature_request(toc): Numbered TOC

1. Summary

It would be nice, if would be possible to have numbered TOC.

2. Argumentation

In some cases numbered lists would be better, than bulleted, see “Numbered lists for online content”.

3. Example

Part of SashaTOC.styl file:

/* ==========================================================================
   > Sasha header
   ========================================================================== */

/* >> Sasha subheader
   ========================================================================== */

If, for example, option:

"numbered_toc": true

Will generate TOC:

/*
* TOC
*
* 1. Sasha header
* 1.1. Sasha subheader
*/
