Performance in big files

This plugin is getting better and better. I noticed that performance have improved with the recent updates, but I'm still having some issues with files with many lines of code.

For instance, I have a file with 13000 lines and 50 comment headings. The table of comments dialog takes 2 seconds to show up, and other 2 seconds to navigate between headings.

I know 2 seconds is nothing, maybe it could be something to have in mind for future improvements.
