local time corrected by network time

as the title says, the gps time (UTC) should be corrected by the network time to give a correct local time as shown in https://github.com/mcci-catena/arduino-lmic/blob/master/examples/ttn-otaa-network-time/ttn-otaa-network-time.ino

or at least the time zone should be added to the configuration
