ory.sh - configure account for production

I've taken contact with Ory team to check what we should do in 2025 to use our account for production.

Conclusion is that they will provide us with a basic Ory Network Production account:

• 1 workspace with inside:
  • 1 production project
  • 3 staging projects
  • unlimited dev projects

We have created a new Kiwix workspace for that (ID: 293adca5-c4d2-4221-b99d-e01a8c46c9e4)

We should migrate from legacy workspace to this new workspace once correctly setup by Ory. I will open child issues.
