Xapian .pc file should include dependencies
Like libuuid... Please do the necessary to get a pacth in Xapian https://lists.xapian.org/pipermail/xapian-devel/2017-March/003093.html
This will be done in next release of xapian.
I keep the issue opened as a reminder to change our build system to use the last version of xapian when next release is out.

Hum, I'm reopening the issue here as this is a different problem.
Now that xapian.pc include dependencies, we don't have to explicit them on kiwix-lib side. So the task here is to remove explicit declaration of internal xapian dependencies.

@mgautierfr Xapian is not a dependence anymore form libkiwix (it is from libzim). Therefore there is nothing I believe here anymore to change in that repository, but maybe at libzim level?

@mgautierfr Now that you have sorted ou the compilation around Xapian, does this ticket has been fixed? Maybe it shoukd be moved to openzim/libzim?
