Optionally reopen last visited page if user loads the same ZIM

This arises from #556. This is particularly useful in packaged apps and frameworks where the user does not have to pick the ZIM file. But it can also work where the user must pick the ZIM, e.g. if they are frequently picking one specific ZIM. It can speed up the perception of archive access if users can effectively "resume" from where they left off.

Not quite the same, but we can now re-open the last used archive in Chromium browser > 122. This uses persistent permissions, but re-opens the archive on the landing page. It would be possible to save the last-visited page URL and re-open it, but there are privacy concerns (e.g. someone was looking up sensitive material).
