[Mobile] External link icon sometimes missing for WikiMedia articles

Mobile only, not PC: On both Wikipedia and Wikivoyage articles, the icon that indicates an external hyperlink is sometimes missing. When loading a page for the first time, the icon is missing. If the page is re-loaded by exiting the app and restarting it, then the icons show. This looks like a CSS processing issue specific to Windows 10 Mobile. It is probably caused by the order in which CSS is loaded and slower processing of CSS by mobile compared to PC. Also, the version of Edge in mobile UWP is much older than the equivalent on PC.

This should be fixed by the planned overhaul of the stylesheet caching, in line with experimental branches of Kiwix JS.
