New release: WikiMed by Kiwix (Windows/Linux) 2.1.8

The WikiMed app for Windows and Linux is now at version 2.1.8. This release uses the Wiki Project Med Foundation MDwiki ZIM archive for October 2022.

The UWP app is for Windows 10/11, while the Electron versions work with Windows 7/8/10/11 and Linux. The Linux packages have been tested on Ubuntu, Debian and OpenSUSE (32bit and 64bit). If you need support for Windows XP or Vista, please install the vanilla Kiwix JS Reader (which has packages for XP), and download the ZIM archive separately.

The packages contain the October 2022 WikiMed English ZIM (mdwiki_en_all-app_maxi_2022-10), together with the changes in the CHANGELOG. The Electron app uses Electron v18.3.5 .
