New release: Wikivoyage by Kiwix (Windows/Linux) 2.1.5

The Wikivoyage app is now at version 2.1.5. This is a combined release to include both the UWP app and the Electron app. The UWP is for Windows 10/11, while the Electron versions work with Windows 7/8/10/11 and Linux. The Linux packages have been tested on Ubuntu, Debian and OpenSUSE (32bit and 64bit).

The packages contain the August 2022 Wikivoyage English ZIM (wikivoyage_en_all_maxi_2022-08.zim), together with the changes in the CHANGELOG.
