Kiwix-Zimit-montage

This release adds further fixes for Zimit archive support for new Type 1 "no-namespace" ZIMs. It also enables basic Zimit support for Internet Explorer 11. See full changelog for other fixes and updates.

Try it out instantly at pwa.kiwix.org (ensure the PWA has self-updated to 2.1.4 before testing new functionality).
