Option to display ToC in articles

This would, in my opinion, provide a better initial insight into the article without having to manually invoke the ToC, so that you immediately know what the article is about.

What do you think @Jaifroid?

@Inbefortus Where in the article should the ToC be (optionally) displayed? I notice that online Wikipedia has moved away from showing ToC. See the mobile view of Paris page in screenshot below: no ToC in sight, and not obvious how to show it...

@Jaifroid I got the idea from an old ZIM file from 2007 where the ToC was still observable. I fancied it would be practical to expose the ToC exactly like in the picture below:

Or you can show the ToC between the first and second passage of text:

It would certainly look quite good on larger screens, but as far as smaller screens are concerned, like those of cell phones, I don't think it would look quite so great.
