Deprecate use of NWJS in modern contexts

As a follow-on from #236, it may be time to deprecate the use of the NWJS app for users of modern Windows OS's. For such users, NWJS offers no advantages over Electron or UWP. It also does not offer auto-update features.

However, I will maintain at least the XP/Vista version of the NWJS app for as long as is feasible. This uses JQuery mode only (so doesn't suffer from #236), and it is the only way that users of XP can now access Kiwix archives.
