User report: Go to Top button (`btnTop`) does not work in the Windows XP build

A Windows XP user has sent a report to say that btnTop does nothing in the (NWJS) build for Windows XP 32bit. I confirm this is the case (running the same build on Windows 10). It is probably due to the age of the Chromium version in the NWJS build that supports Windows XP. This should not be hard to fix.
