Added ContextMenu Button for Previewing Online Books

Fix #1100

Changes:

  • Added context menu button for book preview.
  • Button opens the book's URL on "https://library.kiwix.org/viewer#".
  • Button is available for book states Online, Downloading, and Download Paused.
