[Feature Request] add per-publication darkmode override

I'm always frustrated when getting flashbanged by articles that are already in dark mode because they get inverted, making the page colors light.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd suggest splitting the dark mode option in settings to: app darkmode, and article darkmode. With the ability to override the latter per publication.

Additional context

One example of an article is based.cooking LukeSmith. With darkmode on the icons appear inverted and the page is light colored.
