Recent releases are not on PyPI

At the time of writing, the last Kiwi release on PyPI seems to be 12.4. The last releases on GitHub seem to be 12.5, 12.6, and 12.6.1.

Is this a deliberate choice? I cannot find a (public) discussion about that. Is this an oversight you want to correct?
