Supports XDCC send and can be tested as plugin at https://github.com/ProgramComputer/plugin-XDCC and fork is at https://github.com/ProgramComputer/webircgateway

Was there a reason this was closed? I was looking for a web IRC client to host that supported XDCC.

I wanted to create a new request with XDCC Resume support - look at the above plugin's latest commit for that. Since you requested, I will keep this branch open.
