@PavelHolec when exactly did this happen? After adding a tag? The job works on push with the specified paths, just tested it...

I was not aware of any manual action - I have seen this job trigger automatically for any new, unrelated, pushed branch. But maybe it is already resolved

Well, I'm saying that it worked for me when pushing changes both when a PR was open and even without it. No failure in either case.
