Same issue here, tried manually adding via ip/mac address too.
The device also won't send commands if I manually add hex codes.
IDK if I'm experiencing this 1:1, but mine doesn't even auto detect, nor manual detecting. I'm using the RM4 pro with firmware V62093.
[INFO] Adding RF Support to device XXXXXXXXX with type 520b MAC address is OK, but it didn't find the device

issue always in new v4.4.13 and v4.4.14-beta.1
IDK if I'm experiencing this 1:1, but mine doesn't even auto detect, nor manual detecting. I'm using the RM4 pro with firmware V62093.
I was experiencing this as well on the latest firmware of the broad link device. I manually rolled back to V62092 using this url: http://124.71.130.238/RMBL4-62092-8720-BL-FC-3389.upd.bin
Everything is working again as expected.
Thanks a lot, I just process to the downgrade and it works perfectly.
Thx @petykowski !! I couldn’t get BroadLink support to send me a link. Solved.
@petykowski Rolling back the firmware fixed the issue for me too. Thanks!
