Losing focus when using with UI software.

Need a (preferably portable) way to get the window to a constant place, and not stealing focus.

Enhancement There are something that i want to suggest:

• In this project there should be a separate folder named src for all the source codes. This will make this project follow a common standard .
• Since this looks like a system application which is used very frequently so there should be a package for this application. It would require to add a setup.py file which will work as installer for this application.
• Building upon above @tshirtman you may consider deploying it to PyPi :smiley_cat: :smiling_imp:
