In this case, so you think, the Bulk Transaction featurs/doctypes should be moving into Frappe instead of ERPNext. And so, ERPNext is probably first downstream app, and in its hook.py...

May be if you add a default outgoing Email Account and it should work. It works for me. 
I thought for FW port it is correct like this, just pull the commit here. No?
