build: add aarch64 binaries for Apple Silicon

Hello,

Since Apple Silicon macs are very common these days, I think this is going to be a welcome addition.

Should help with #6

Happy to make any edits. I'm new to rust, but was able to make this work on my fork and tested the generated binaries.
