Setting to remove category filter/move to actionbar menu

The category filter is a huge waste of real estate. Takes up so much space and I never use it. I'm sure some people do so the best thing would be adding a seeing to toggle where the category filter is placed. I can think of four options, one is as currently it is, two is to place it in a menu item in the actionbar bar, three is a button on the actionbar and four is just remove it all together. It would be pretty simple to code up and allow more user choice and freedom.

Actually, I think leaving it as it is but letting it scroll out of the view would be better, and probably more simple to implement.

I'd love to play around with this and help with development, but I don't know anything about Android development unfortunately. I hope @kitsunyan will continue to improve the app ! :smile:
