Ensure that Svelte Tweakpane UI works in Svelte 5 projects.

The current plan is to update the existing library to build against Svelte 5 in legacy / non-runes mode and accommodate all associated breaking changes.

A reimplementation of Svelte Tweakpane UI itself in Svelte 5 is a different issue for a later date.
