Fix package publish on merge to main...

GHA not functional anymore...

Last build on main failed to deploy new package to PyPi.

Looks like the build step is the new dist thing. Updated the GHA but need to fix the actual dist build stuff too. Probably test on newest versions of Python to get rid of the rot.

Keep me posted on this one. I'll wait to update the Guix package for clikan when it is on PyPi so we don't have to change the source data of the package:
