Description

This PR adds the prompt layer to the manifest which can contain system_prompts.txt or any kind of prompts file used for serving the model

There is a binary file on the PR (kitops.exe)

ok I can. Sorry I forgot to remove the binary file and also the Dockerfile from main dir.

sir I removed the binary file and the duplicate docker file in the main dir. There were no merge conflicts on my local machine. Am I missing something here?
