Extension of the metadata shown in columns in process list
Description
In our institution it would be helpful to be able to display and sort by more labels than the ones that can be selected at the moment:
For example we also use "priority" (low, medium, high) and "archival signature" as metadata for processes. A sorting by this criteria would help us and our scan operators to more quickly find the processes which should be started first. Several Institution at a barcamp at the last Kitodo Praxistreffen 2023 also expressed interest in this feature.

If i understand the proposal correctly you want to add process metadata (stored in the XML) to the process list. I support this idea, but i suppose it might be different what specific metadata fields institutions would like to see here. So i suppose this would be best served by having functional keys in the ruleset which define the metadata fields which can be displayed. Since the list is displayed from the search index it would have to be checked whether this can be supported by the currrent index structure.
