periodicals: toc sort order of years different than calendar list view

In the list of issues for a year on the left side (table of contents), the order of issues is wrong: In the above example, you can see 01-Titelblatt (which is from the mods:titleInfo) followed by a number of Ausgabe ... issues (without mods:titleInfo) and then finally 02-Ausgabe (from the same day as the first entry, also with mods:titleInfo).

This is confusing. On the right side (calender view), you can see 01 and 02 next to each other.
